3-4 hard cooked eggs
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour and milk slowly until smooth.
Add sliced eggs.
Serve over toast.
Enjoy, I know we did!!

This was one of my many favorites that Nana made, I would help her make dinner almost every night.To this day I owe her for all my cooking and baking skills. I will never forget the fun times in her kitchen we had together.
