1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c. picante sauce or salsa
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
3 c. cheddar cheese, shredded (12 ounces)
1 12 oz. can whole kernel corn, rinsed and drained
1/4 c. seeded and chopped jalapeno pepper
Dairy source cream (optional)
Tiny chili pepper (optional)
Corn chips (preferred), corn tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Stir togther the 1/2 cup sour cream, mayonnaise, or salad dressing, picante sauce or salsa, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
Stir in cheese, corn, and jalapeno pepper.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Dollop with sour cream and top with chili pepper, if desired.
Serve with corn chips (preferred) or corn tortilla chips.
