8 Ounces cream cheese, softened
1 Stick Butter, Softened
2 Pounds confectioner's sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
dash Salt
10 ounces peanut butter, or as needed
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and peanut butter.
Stir in sugar
Shape into eggs
Chill, than coat with chocolate
May substitute coconut for the peanut butter, and use coconut extract in place of vanilla.
