1 quart heavy whipping cream
strawberries
3 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
20 ritz crackers
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat heavy cream on high till stiff set aside
beat egg whites until stiff add sugar and vanilla
mix crackers (crushed) and nuts
fold in egg whites spread on greased pie pan
bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
Cool and add strawberry and heavy cream mixture
