Pie Crust
2 Cups Quick cooking oats
1/3 Cup Packed Brown sugar
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Butter

Pie Filling
4 Cups Rhubarb, washed and cut in 1" pieces
3/4 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
1/3 Cup Cornstarch
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/8 Teaspoon Cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Pie Crust
Combine the above in a bowl. Press 2/3's of mixture in 9" pie Combine together
Pan, covering bottom and sides. Set remaining mixture to the Side.

Pie filling
Combine filling ingredients in a medium sized saucepan
Cook over Medium heat stirring often until thicken (about 10 minutes)
Spoon into crust.
Sprinkle with the remaining oat crumb Mixture
Bake in preheated 425-degree oven for 25 minutes or until Golden brown.
