2 medium heads of cabbage
8 red and 8 green peppers
2 gallons green tomatoes
Hot pepper to taste
1/2 to 1/3 cup salt
12 medium onions
3 quarts vinegar
5 cups sugar
3 to 4 tablespoons dry mustard
1 tablespoon tumeric
1 tablespoon mustard seed
3 tablespoons celery seed

Directions:
In food processor, grind vegetables. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup salt; let stand several hours or overnight in an enameled pot or glass jar. Drain in colander. Combine sugar, celery seed, mustard seed, tumeric, vinegar and water and pour over vegetables. Heat to boiling. Simmer until vegetables change color. Pack into sterilized jars and seal. Process 10 minutes in boiling water bath.
