3/4 lb. spaghetti noodles
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. dry sherry
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
3/4 cup scallion, sliced
1/2 lb. cooked salad shrimp

Directions:

1. Cook spaghetti without salt. Drain; keep warm.

2. Combine soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch and water in a small bowl and set aside.

3. Brown pork with ginger, red pepper and garlic in a skillet until cooked through.

4. Add scallion and stir-fry briefly. Add soy sauce mixture; cook and stir until mixture thickens. Add shrimp. Serve over noodles.
