1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, mashed
1/4 cup olive oil
3/4 cup red wine
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 small carrot, grated
2 tsp. basil leaves
3/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. seashell macaroni pasta

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown beef, onions and garlic in oil; add salt, then remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 45 mins.

2. Meanwhile, cook macaroni. Drain. Cover pasta with meat sauce and serve.
