2-1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2-1/2 tsps. baking powder
1-1/2 tsps. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
3 eggs
3/4 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl; mix all wet ingredients except zucchini and nuts. Fold them in last. Pour batter in greased bundt pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. Sprinkle cooled cake with powdered sugar.
