8-ounce butter
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/4 cup bacon bits
2 cups creamed corn
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/4 cup bread flour
1 1/2 cup cornmeal
3 Tablespoons baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tablespoons milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Slowly add eggs, bacon bits, creamed corn, cheddar cheese, bread flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and milk.

*Make 24 hours before baking.
Bake @ 400º for 18 minutes. Makes 2 dozen muffins.
