4 cups ready-to-serve, reduced sodium, fat-free chicken broth
1 cup quick -cooking grits
1 (5-ounce) package light garlic-and-herb soft, spreadable cheese (Allouette)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 to 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken broth to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat, gradually stir in grits. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in garlic-herb cheese and cheddar cheese. Serve immediately. Yield: 5 cups.
