1 pkg. (5 ¼ oz.) au gratin potatoes
1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn
1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chilies (undrained)
2 C. water
2 C. milk
2 C. cubed processed American Cheese
Dash hot pepper sauce (optional)
Minced fresh parsley (optional)

Directions:
In a 3 quart saucepan, combine the contents of the potato package, corn, chilies, tomatoes, and water, mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-18 minutes. Add milk, cheese and hot pepper sauce. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley.
