2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing (Party Mix)
2 green onions minced
12 inch pkg. flour tortillas (about 4)
1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimientos
1 can (4 oz.) diced green Chile's
1 can (2.5 oz.) sliced olives (black or green)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first two ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Drain vegetables and blot dry, on paper towels. Sprinkle equal amounts of remaining on top of cream cheese. Roll tightly. Chill 2 hours. Cut rolls in one inch pieces.

Trish makes delicious pinwheels. She mixes all toppings into cream cheese and spreads them on. The rest of us carefully sprinkle equal amounts on cream cheese. Hers are faster and less work!
