1 1/4 Bag Oreo s, Make into Crumbs
1/2 stick margarine, softened
8 ounces cream cheese, Softened
1 Cup confectioner's sugar
3 1/2 Cups Milk
2 4 oz vanilla instant pudding
12 ounces Cool Whip , thawed
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together
½ stick margarine softened
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1 cup confectionery sugar
Cream together and set aside.

Step 2:
3 ½ cups milk
2 - 4 oz. packages vanilla instant pudding
12 oz cool whip - thawed

Mix steps 1 and 2 together.
Put in alternating layers of pudding and crumbs into a 9 x 13 pan.
Topping with crumbs
