Ingredients:  
1- 7 oz pkg gouda cheese ( or Brie)
1- 4oz can cresent dinner rolls
2 teasp strawberry preseves, or chopped dried fruit and nuts
1 egg white beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Remove wax from cheese. Separate cresent rolls and combine into a square. Place preserves or fruit and nuts in the center of the roll. Place cheese on top of the fruit and bring the corners together. PInch and seal edges. Place seam side down on cookie sheet. Brush dough with egg whites.
Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Let stand 5 minutes, cut into wedges.
