8 frozen rectangular hash brown patties
4 C. (16oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb.loose pork breakfast sausage browned
9 eggs
1-1/4 C. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place hash brown patties in a single layer in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish top with sausage and cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt & mustard. Pour over the cheese. Cover with foil and let in sit in the refrigerator over night. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more until golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
