Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Need to make in a bread machine - without the gluten you cannot knead by hand.

Dry Ingredients:
2-3/4 + 2/3 cup of Uncle Bob’s Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
(www.bobsredmill.com – SKU 1600B25 – 25# for $34.40
Ingredients: garbanzo bean flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, fava bean flour)
1 tbsp. of xanthium gum
¼ cup of flax seeds
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2-1/4 tsp. yeast

Wet:
3 eggs
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. agave syrup – if you do not have just add more honey
1 can fat free evaporated milk (about 15 oz. can)
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil or veg. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the wet ingredients into a bowl and mix together
Put all the dry together and mix in a bowl.

Depending on the directions for your bread machine add each bowl.
My machine has the wet added first and then the dry on top.

I put it on the Sweet bread setting and works well for me. Used the Gluten free setting and it was a bit doughy in the center. This will make a 2-1/2# loaf

If you want to add ingredients for different flavors go for it. I have tried Rosemary – try little and then just add more or the same the next time depending on what you like

If you do not have the Uncle Bob’s flour mix:
½ c. rice flour
½ c. Quinoa flour
1 c. millet flour
½ c Tapioca flour
1/3 c Potato Starch
1/3c + ¼ c sorghum flour
And then add the rest of dry ingredients listed in dry ingredients
