2 cups gluten free flour (use Bob's Red Mill - SKU1600B25)
4 tsp heaping Baking Powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 Tbsp cold butter (cut into bits)
2 Tbsp vegetable shoring
1 cup Buttermilk (have used skim milk when I did not have the buttermilk)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450
combined Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and Baking Soda.
Add in the butter, shorting and cheese. combine to coarse crumbs.
Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, use fork to blend quickly.

Scoop by tablespoon on parchment lined cooking sheets. Bake for 12 mins.

Will make 9 o 12 biscuits
