1 7-oz jar of marshmallow fluff
1 TBS hot water
1 1/2 tsp instant coffee
1 tsp vanilla
2 C whipping cream
1 10" angel food cake
1/2-oz semi-sweet chocolate, shaved (approx 3 TBS), divided in 3
2 TBS slivered almonds, toasted

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, combine marshmallow fluff, hot water, coffee, and vanilla. Beat on low speed until blended. Then on high speed until fluffy.

In another bowl, whip cream and then fold it into marshmallow mixture. Slice cake in half and frost each with 1/3 marshmallow mixture and shaved chocolate.

Assemble on a cake plate, spread mixture all over cake and garnish with remaining chocolate and slivered almonds.
