1 1/2 C sugar
1 C sour cream
1/2 C butter softened
2 eggs
1 3/4 C (about 3-4)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 C all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 C chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Brown Butter Frosting or glaze
1/2 C butter (if you want glaze use 1-2 TBS butter)
4 C powdered sugar (or less to make glace maybe 2C)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla (3/4 tsp. for glaze)
3 tsp. milk (1 1/2 tsp. for glaze)

Preheat to 375 degree oven)
Grease jelly roll pan (15 x 10"). In large bowl add eggs and beat in sugar, sour cream until creamy. Blend in bananas and vanilla and mix well. Spread into greased pan and bake for 20-25 mins or until lightly brown and golden. In the meantime make frosting or glaze. Melt butter and bring to a boil until lightly brown and add sugar, vanilla and milk and mix well. Spread on cake that is very warm as this is easier to spread frosting. Let cool then enjoy.

This is so yummy,. Trying to make it with less sugar by putting a glaze on the top instead of the thicker frosting. I am sure it will be just as good and less calories. Enjoy.
