1 quart fresh peaches, peeled, sliced into wedges
1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 quart water
1 tbsp. of flour

Crust:
2 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco
water

Directions:
Directions:
For peaches~Put peaches in large pan. Add water and sugar. Stir and cook. Mix flour with the water and add to the peaches. Cook until soft. Add peaches to a butter casserole dish.

For crust~ Put the flour into large bowl. Add crisco and cut it into the flour until it resembles cornmeal. Pour enough water in mixture until sticky. Mix until you have a ball. Put some flour on wax paper. Roll out dough. Place on top of peaches in casserole dish. Cut a couple slits for steam to escape. Sprinkle top with sugar and butter bits.

Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
