1 bag frozen shredded hashbrowns
1 small onion, chopped
1 stick butter
8 ounces light velvetta, melted
1 can cream of mushroom
8 ounces of light sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. While oven is preheating, place chopped onion and stick of butter in a 9x13 casserole dish. Place in oven. When butter is melted, take out.

Mix melted velvetta with cream of mushroom and sour cream in large bowl, add frozen hashbrowns. Add hashbrown mixture to onion and butter in casserole dish. Mix.

Cook for about 35-40 minutes or until brown.
