1 1/2 Cups Warm Water
1 TBSP Yeast
1 1/2 TBSP Sugar
1 1/2 TBSP Oil
1/8 TSP Garlic Salt
1/2 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Oregano
3 1/2 Cups Flour

Topping Ingredients:
1/2 Stick Butter
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
4 Roma Tomatoes
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Basil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water; let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Stir in remaining dough ingredients and half of the flour. Beat until smooth.
3. Add in remainder of flour.
4. Let dough rise until double in size (approximately 1/2 hour.)
5. Grease a standard 11" x 17" sided cookie sheet with butter, and spread dough evenly; filling the entire pan to the outer edges.
6. Melt 1/2 stick butter and add in minced garlic. Brush butter/garlic onto dough.
7. Layer mozzarella and tomatoes onto buttered dough.
8. Sprinkle Parmesan and basil on top.
9. Bake at 400º for 10 minutes.
10. Cut into 3 inch by 3 inch squares. (Serve warm or cooled.)
