1 package cream chipped beef

Go to Days Market and buy a pack of Cream Chipped Beef from the freezer aisle. Microwave until hot, but not until the bag explodes. Trust me.

Poke baked potato with fork and put bare into microwave on high for 6-8 minutes or until soft. Serve cream chipped beef over baked potato for stick-to-your-ribs goodness with a glass of milk while watching Entertainment Tonight and clucking tongue at J-Lo's outfits.
