Personal
Notes: Everyone raves about this jelly! Mom has often given me jars of this to share with out-of-towners as gifts and I am always so proud to present it. I remember some asking me if I would be bringing some with me on my next visit! ~jess
This recipe is so unique. It has a wonderful taste, and the color is incredible! The novelty of it makes you curious, but Mom's craftmanship makes it an instant favorite. I remember Mom picking the fruit--and I seem to remember that she has encountered a snake or two in her pursuit of this prickly delicacy! ---Jennifer
