Ingredients: 2 packages (8oz each) cream cheese, softened 1 package (1oz) ranch dressing mix powder 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped, 1 cup 1 can (4 1/4 oz) chopped ripe olives, drained 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
Tortilla Chips!

Directions:1. Beat cream cheese and dressing mix in large bowl until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients except for tortilla chips.
2. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips. |

Notes: I used to think people liked me for my personality, but now I know it's because I bring this dip to parties and camp outs. I am okay with this, since I have been known to eat it right out of the bowl with a spoon. It's actually called "corn and olive spread" and the president of NuSkin asked me for the recipe after i brougt it to a company party, and now his wife tells people she invented it! I made this for one of grandmas halloween parties with her Provo girlfriends.
