1 chicken - 8 pieces
1 c Greek yogurt
8 cloves garlic - peeled and smashed
2 lemons
4 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp marjoram
1-2 lbs baby potatoes, quartered
1 red onion cut into thick slices
2 tbsp olve oil
1/4 cup pitted greek olives
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yogurt, one lemon, 4 cloves garlic, 2 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp marjoram, salt and pepper. Coat chicken with mixture putting some under skin and all over. Let sit in a zip lock for 1/2 hour at room temp or overnight in fridge.

Preheat oven to 450. Place in a roasting pan or large pyrex potatoes, oil, onion, remaining spices, garlic and squeezed lemon. Season with salt and pepper. Toss together and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.

Remove pan from oven and add olives. Wipe off excess marinade from chicken and place on top of potatoes. Sprinkle a little salt, pepper and oregano on top. Cover and roast 30 minutes. Remove cover and broil until skin is crispy.
