2 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
3 Tblsp butter
1 small onion, sliced
1 c. sour cream
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. cooking or white wine (or chicken broth)

Directions:
Directions:
Season breasts with salt and pepper. Melt butter or margarine in a skillet or frying pan; brown breasts on both sides (about 1 minute each side). Arrange chicken, onion and mushrooms in a pammed baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl and pour over the chicken.

Bake at 400º for 40 to 50 minutes.

Serve with rice pilaf and a green vegetable.
