8 cups Olallie berries
1 pkg Rasberry Jell-O
1 3/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
pre-cooked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water, cornstarch, and sugar to a boil in a saucepan,
cook 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and add Jell-O powder.
Stir well. Let cool.

Add berries to the Jell-O mixture, stir.
Pour into pie crust. Cool in refrigerator until firm.

Serve with whipped cream. Makes two 9-inch pies.

When our kids were small, we would drive down the coast to go berry picking at least once a year. Not only was a great (but messy) time always had by all, but after we got home we would make these incredible no-bake berry pies.
