2 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 tablespoons butter
1/2 raisins
1/2 cup sour cream
1 large egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Grate butter into mixture and use your fingers to work in butter then stir in raisin
3. In a small bowl whisk sour cream and egg until smooth
4.Stir sour cream mixture into flour mixture until dough forms
5. Place on a lightly floured surface and pat into a 7-8 inch circle about 3/4 inch thick. sprinkle with sugar. Cut into triangles and place on cookie sheet
6. Bake until golden brown, 15-17 mins.
7. Cool for 5 mins serve warm
