one dozen eggs
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tbs mayonnaise
1 tbs sour cream
1 tsp sweet relish
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 sprig of dill
smoked paprika (as a garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
place eggs in water, enough so that the top of the eggs are covered.
bring to a boil and cook for 7 minutes.
turn off heat, cover and let sit for another 10 minutes.
peel eggs, cut in half and spoon out yolk.
take all the yolks and add all the remaining ingredients listed above and blend thoroughly. spoon mixture or use a pastry bag and fill mixture into cooked egg whites.
garnish tops with smoked paprika
enjoy!!!!
