Mini Pies Recipe

1 3/4 8oz package cream cheese, softened
2 21oz cans pie filling of your choice
4 packages refrigerated pie dough (each package should have two pie crust rounds in them)

You'll need:
a rolling pin
a cup with about a 2 1/2 inch top or a cookie cutter
a cutting board
a knife
a fork
baking sheet

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Lay out one pie dough round on your cutting board.
Use the cup or cookie cutter to cut out little circles.
Set excess dough aside.
When you are done with those steps, roll out the excess dough using the rolling pin and repeat steps 2 and 3 until you are finished.
Take a circle of pie dough and spread about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese onto it, next put about 1 tablespoon of pie filling on the dough circle. Then fold in half and pinch the edges of the dough with the fork, put 3 slits in the top of the mini pie. (if using apple pie filling sprinkle with cinnamon before baking)
Repeat until finished.
Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
