2 or 3 cups leftover crockpot pork loin, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp dried sage
1 cup long grain converted rice
2 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the chopped onion in a little olive oil until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook and stir for a couple of minutes. Taste for seasoning. Cover with lid and reduce to simmer. Cook until done.

Occasionally, I will cook a pork loin in the crockpot all day. I season it with Cavendar's Greek seasoning and throw it in the crockpot all day on low. I use the leftovers in this dish. You get two really easy meals in one...
