2/3c. Butter or Margarine
2/3c. Flour
7c. Milk
4Lg. Potatoes- (first baked,peeled then cubed)
4 Green Onions, chopped
12 Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
11/4 c. shredded Cheddar Cheese
1c. Sour Cream
3/4tsp. Salt
1/2tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, stir in flour, stir until smooth. Gradually add milk- stirring until thickened. Add potatoes & Onions. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, stir till cheese is melted. Serve Immediately.
