1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion diced
1 T oil
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1 4 oz. can diced green chilis
2 dozen corn tortillas
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion in oil. Combine soup and milk in saucepan; cook and stir until smooth. Add chilis. Cut tortillas into 1 inch pieces and place a layer in a 9x13 pan. Spred with half the meat, half of soup, then half of cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes.
