1 gallon Milk
2 tablespoons KVAS or greek plain yogurt

Directions:
Directions:

Put the milk in a glass pot and simmer the milk, it takes about 20 minutes.

Let the milk cool, until you can put your finger in it without it being hot.

Cover with plastic and put the cover on it. Let it sit on the counter over night, until it thickens. Then refrigerate until cold.
