2 C Flour
2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Clove
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp. Allspice
1 lb Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
1/2 C. Milk
3 Eggs
3 1/2 C. Oatmeal
1 C. Raisins

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl: flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg, and allspice.Mix wet ingredients in a separate mixing bowl:brown sugar, vegetable oil, milk, and eggs.

Mix wet and dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Add raisins to the mixture. Add the oatmeal to the mixture.

Scoop out 1 tablespoon of mix per cookie. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 F for 8 -12 minutes until brown and yummy!
