4 large zucchini
1 onion
Rashers of bacon
4 pieces of ham
4 peppers
500 mls oil
100g plain flour
4 eggs
100g grated cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Chop zucchini, bacon and ham finely. Place in deep bowl and mix together with oil, flour, eggs and cheese. Pour mixture in a greased 20 x 30 cm pan and bake for 30mins.

Remove from oven and cool. Cut into squares. Decorate with fresh vegetables before serving.
