1 17 oz. can creamed corn, undrained
1 17 oz. can whole kernal corn, undrained
2 eggs
dash pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 can dried Fried Onions
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix corn, eggs, salt, pepper, sour cream and muffin mix together and place in greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Spread onions over top and bake at 400º for 30 minutes, then add grated cheese on top and bake another 10-15 minutes.
