1 lb. pork sausage, browned and drained
1/4 c. sliced green onions, slightly browned
9 slices white bread, crust removed and cubed
1/2 lb. grated cheese
8 eggs
2 c. milk (or more)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked sausage in 9x13 pan. Layer onion and bread over sausage, and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Beat eggs and mix with milk, salt and mustard. Pour over, and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and regrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 45 min. to 1 hour.
