1 lb. spaghetti
1 32 oz. jar Ragu sauce
1 lb. ground beef
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 green pepper, diced
8 oz. parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles, drain and rinse with cold water. Cook beef, mix with sauce. With electric mixer, beat cream cheese, cottage cheese and 1/2 parmesan cheese. With your hands, gently mix cold spaghetti with cheese mixture, green pepper and onion. Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle on 1/2 of remaining parmesan cheese. Pour sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 375º.
