2 20 oz. packages frozen broccoli
1 bunch green onion, chopped (bottoms too)
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 8 oz. can mushroom pieces
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 c. Cheez Whiz
1 can cream mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain broccoli. Saute onion, celery, garlic, mushrooms, and water chestnuts . Melt Cheez Whiz with soup. Combine. Place in casserole dish and top with crushed crackers.** Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350* until bubbly.

**I like the cheesy flavor, so I use crushed cheese crackers or goldfish.
