3 regular or 1 large tea bags (such as Lipton)
1 c sugar
2 c boiling water
6 c cold water
ice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water in tea kettle (or saucepan) on stove. Place 3 teabags into 2 quart pitcher (glass or ceramic preferred). Pour boiling water over to a depth of a few inches, let steep for about 5 minutes. Take tea bags out with a fork, and stir in sugar while water is still warm. When all sugar is dissolved stir in cold water almost to the top of the pitcher. Cool in refrigerator, and serve in a tall glass over ice.
