Good organic Peanut butter 1/2 cup
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1/4-1/2 tsp rep pepper flakes
2 tsp soy sauce
juice of 1 lemon
Water to thin
Sesame oil to saute garlic and ginger.

2 tsp soy sauce
juice of 1 lemon
sesame oil
I make my stir fry and then make a hole in the center of the Wok, I add these ingredients into the juice from the stir fry.
Mix together and then coat the veggies.
Alternate is to saute garlic ,ginger flakes, lemon and soy sauce in a bit of sesame oil
Add peanut butter and thin with water.
This can be served on the side.
