Spinach and Artichoke Casserole Recipe

2 cans of artichoke
3 boxes of chopped spinach
1 1/2 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese
6 tbsp milk
4 tbsp of butter of olive oil
1/3 c of parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Line the bottom of a gresed 9x13 pan with artichokes (drained) cut in half.
Drain chopped spinach and spread over the artichokes.
Beat together cream cheese and butter (or olive oil) and 6 tbsp of milk and spread over the spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Top with parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and refrigerate 24 hours and then freese or bake.
Bake at 375º for 30 min. covered and then for 10 min. uncovered.
