1 c onion
3/4 stick of butter
8 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 lb bag of hashbrowns (frozen or thawed works fine)
Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together and then add hashbrowns. Mix well. Put mixture into two glass dishes.

Bake at 350º
