10lb bag Luau Leaves - Wong's luau leaves or wet-land leaves
5lb beef - cubed
water - cover above cubed meat
Hawaiian salt to taste

Luau leaves:
* snip off stem from leaf
* rinse all leaves and on side

Luau stems:
* Peel stem to remove outer skin of stem
* Place cleaned stem on the side and break or cut stems 2inches
* Rinse off stems

In stock pot:
* Place cut meat inside pot
* Cover meat with water
* Add Hawaiian salt 2TB (you will need to taste check thereafter)
* After and hour of boiling place luau leaves inside pot
* Push down leaves into water and continue to add leaves until all leaves have been added
* Add cut stems into pot - same as the luau leaves
* Continue to boil, lowering the stove down to MED and continue cooking on this lower heat until you see the luau leaves and stem, cooked all the way down.

Remember: to season with Hawaiian salt during the cooking process of the meat or during the time when all leaves are cooking with meat.
