Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
4 1/2 lbs beef chuck roast cubed into 3/4 inch pieces
1 large onion diced
4 cloves garlic minced
4 cans beans (kidney, pink, black, small white)

Dry ingredients
1 Tbsp chipotle powder
1 Tbsp ancho powder
1 Tbsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp Mexican oregano
1/2 cup brown sugar
Black pepper to taste

Wet ingredients
2 bottles Shiner Bock
1/4 cup molasses
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
14 oz can diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown cubed beef and remove
Sauté onions and garlic until soft
Add beef and wet ingredients and stir
Add dry ingredients and stir
Add more beer or water if beef is not completely covered
Cook on low for 3 hours or longer
Add beans towards end of cooking and simmer for another 30 minutes
