2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 15oz. can pumpkin puree
1 c. nuts, chopped
Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese
6 T. butter
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Make a well in the center, add the eggs, oil, pumpkin and nuts(nuts may also be sprinkled in top of frosting), mix until well blended. Pour into a greased and floured 10x15" jelly roll pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Cool completely. Mix cream cheese, butter, milk, vanilla and powdered sugar until creamy. Frost the cooled cake. Sprinkle with nut if not mixed into the cake (opt.).
