1 c Whole Wheat Flour
1 c All Purpose Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 c Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Honey
1 c Hot Water
Directions:
Directions:
In your food processor, combine the flours, baking powder and salt.
Ad olive oil and pulse to cut in the oil
Mix honey into hot water
Ad honey/water mixture with food processor running. Ad water slowly until the dough comes together in a nice ball but is not too wet.
Turn dough ball into a bowl sprayed with cooking spray. cover with plastic wrap and allow to rest for 20 min.
On a flowered surface knead dough, adding flour as needed and then form a ball and return to the bowl for another 15-20 min.
Cut bough ball into 12 equal pieces and hold in your bowl until ready to roll out.
Heat griddle over medium high heat
Roll out tortilla and place on griddle until bubbles start to form, turn and finish.
Place finished tortilla under a towel and repeat until finished.
Store up to a week.
